Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumBot's website and any related services made available by HumBot Ltd. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the services
You may use the services only in accordance with these Terms, any order form or master agreement entered into with HumBot, and applicable law. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Customer content
You retain all rights in the content and data you submit to the services. You grant HumBot a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the services as described in your agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access, infringe the rights of others, or use the services to generate unlawful or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The HumBot services, including software, models, designs, and trademarks, are owned by HumBot or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right or licence to use the HumBot brand except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly set out in a written agreement with HumBot. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
